Grill eggplant in small oven after washing. Broil for about an hour.
Take off the purple
Beat some eggs, add some salt
Chop up onion and garlic.
Get ground meat (any kind). I think this is pork.
Cook them together.
Smush eggplant with a fork
Bathe the eggplant in the egg jacuzzi
Put the eggplant on the pan. Put the ground meat on the eggplant.
Put egg on eggplant
Cook til done!
