recipe: baby pork ribs

Buy baby pork ribs

Cut into slices like in picture (because they're long)


Put salt, pepper, garlic power, oregano (optional)
Leave overnight

Roast in small oven (set up like in picture, foil on bottom so it catches the fat from the meat)


Temperature = 350, for about an hour


Yum!
